Learn from the Sacramento areas most experienced women's coach. Julia Southard is the Owner/Director/Coach of NorCal Rize Girls and the current Head Coach of St. Francis H.S.. Coach Julia was selected All-Ivy League as a goalkeeper at Brown University '05 and has 19 years of coaching experience.
The focus of this clinic will be on fundamental skill development, footwork drills, strategy and teamwork exercises, and lots of FUN!!

Morning Camp
Where: Umoja International Academy (formerly Kit Carson)
5301 N Street, Sacramento, CA 95819
Who: 8-18 years old (no experience necessary)
When: June 24-27: 8:30 AM - 12 PM
Cost: $150/camper
What to Bring:
Water, athletic shoes, girls lacrosse stick, mouthguard, lacrosse eyewear, and a snack.
