USA Lacrosse Membership is required for all coaches. It provides you with insurance as well as material to help you improve as a coach. SLA covers your membership fee.
Our insurance provider is through USA Lacrosse. All coaches must complete their Abuse Prevention training to meet their requirements.
This one time training, developed by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), is designed specifically for youth sports coaches. This training will cover concussion basics, what to do when an athlete shows signs and symptoms of concussion, and will explore how coaches can contribute to concussion prevention and safety.
This Mandated Reporter satisfies the training requirement set forth under California Assembly Bill 506
All coaches are required to sign NCJLA coaches conduct during registration.
